Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic provides community-based mental health treatment services to clients throughout northwest Wisconsin. The clinic employs a mental health counselor that conducts a variety of individual counseling sessions. It also organizes various family therapy sessions for child and adolescents with mental disabilities and their family members. Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic additionally offers psychological and psychiatric evaluations for its clients. The clinic accepts referrals from individuals, parents, school professionals, county workers, probation and parole officers, and other medical and clinical providers. It is a part of the Northwest System, which was founded in 1978 and operates various residential treatment programs through its subsidiaries.
