We will never stay here again!! We were quoted one price and charged a different price on arrival - $70 more per night and did not recieve a confirmation email. Apon arrival we found out our reservation was combined with someone elses information. They would not make adjustments for their error in the pricing or the email confirmation. Customer service was the worst I have experienced. Rooms were very basic with old decor with a flowery smell . No Pool towels provided.

My families favorite place to stay while visiting the Dells area. The hotel is clean and comfortable for all ages and there are tons of restaurants in walking distance when you need to grab a bite to eat. LOVE THE HOTEL!!
