they frequently get the order wrong....at least 2-3 times a week, and i only go there because it's on my way to work. and when you confront them they act like it's no big deal. But when you pay for something you expect to get what you pay for. I don't know if the people working there just don't understand English well enough to get it right or what.

The idiot cop out front this a.m. "directing" flow is reason enough for me never to visit this DD location again. I used to go almost every morning, sometimes waiting in line with other vehicles, sometimes going in. This morning, the entrance was blocked, so I pulled up and waited for the line to advance one car. Immediately, I was verbally assaulted by both the driver of the vehicle blocking the entrance, as well as the policeman who accused me of trying to "cut" everyone else in line. When I explained that I wasn't trying to "cut," just trying to get into the lot and asked whether the long line of cars (which were clearly waiting for drive-thru) were waiting to park or going through the drive-thru, he rudely replied, "I haven't asked. And, yes, you ARE. Move along!" It's not the first time the cops were rude and/or the entrance was blocked. There are WAY too many Dunkin Donuts in and around Winthrop (as well as E. Boston, Revere, Boston) to go through that for an iced coffee.
