We had our floors refinished and we left a great review previously. It has not been that long and our floors look worse than ever. They are warped and sagged in the center while the edges are separating. They look old, dull, and just plain terrible. When company comes over and they know we had our floors refinished, we are so embarrassed for them to see the results. Don Dickel didn't even do under the fridge as they promised. We followed their suggestions as to how to maintain floors so they certainly shouldn't look so bad. We tried contacting them more than 5 times via phone and emails. They have not returned any of our calls or letters. It is such a shame that we now have to have floors completely redone when they should have lasted far longer than a few months.

The people at DOn Dickels were very helpful and patient as our minds had changed AGAIN in the midst of the job. In the end we were very pleased with the outcome. The price was reasonable and the work was completed much faster than we had anticipated. We recently had a wood floor put on our kitchen floor. We would very much recommend DonDickel floor company. They arrived early and on time in the morning and worked stright threw till they where completed. We had one of the end boards lift and they were here within the day that we called and they fixed the problem right then. We also got the special wood floor cleaner and it would great. We are very pleased with our new floor and would use the company for our wood needs again! Thank you
