I am the owner /operater of this business, I have been in this trade since 1985 after i got out of the Army and I have had this Business since 1998 I use a truck mounted system the Butler System the Caddilac of carpet cleaners all legitimate cleaners would love own a Butler system they are just superior to any truck mount out there including the stanley steemer way more efficient in every catagory I am certified by the Institute of Inspection,Cleaning and Restoration Certification IICRC and I continue to take classes regulary to keep up with technology that is chaging regulary and I gaurantee all services no questions asked if you are not happy I am not Happy Period

This is the second time that Bill at B & T Carpet Care came to stretch out my carpet. My carpet was not properly stretched at time of installment, so over time became loose and difficult to walk without tripping. He and his wife Karen are highly recommended if you need your carpet serviced. Elaine from Lake Mary, Fl.
