I worked with Joe Frasca on the Board of Directors of my former HOA. He is very knowledgeable, reasonable, and friendly. He's been helpful many times when I was a resident there, when I was on the board, and even afterwards as we're renting our home in that community. Highly recommended.

Not recommended because, as a homeowner in a subdivision they manage, their Property Mgr. has been very curt, rude and talks over me as I try to ask a simple question. As also a FL Real Estate Broker for 30 years, who has worked with hundreds of HOAs, I find this HOA Mgt Co. to not remember that they work for us, we don't work for them, and common business courtesy is all that we require to get answers to simple questions, for simple quick solutions. Hasn't happened that way and we are very frustrated and would like to move out of our subdivision they manage, if they are renewed at the end of their contract. I have asked for someone else to speak with...all I got was silence. I would not recommend this company. Their service is not professional.

Joe Frasca (President) is available not only to the Homeowner's Assoc. Board of Directors, but also to individual residents with questions and problems. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended.
