I filed a claim last week when my water heater stopped working. Globe responded quickly and sent a company out. They found it to be a gas valve that malfunctioned. The water heater has to be over ten years old so I asked that they just replace the entire water heater. They refused and told me that the contractor had the part in his truck and it could be repaired. He was able to fix it right then and got my hot water running for my shower that night. I would have rather they replaced it due to its age but at least I have hot water for now. Globe had the repair completed within a couple of days so I am grateful for that.

So this is my review for Globe Home Protection. My problem happened with the air conditioner. It completely died so I called in my claim. I answered a bunch of questions and got my claim in. The person I spoke with told me I would be hearing from a contractor and I waited. Several hours later I still not heard anything so I called back. They told me it was dispatched to a contractor and to keep my phone handy. It started to get towards the end of the day and still no call from the contractor so I called Globe again. They called the contractor and told me I would hear from them. Finally a couple hours later I get the call. They ended up coming out the next day to replace a motor and repair my AC. They did get it up in running again about 24 hours or so after I called it in so this is actually a positive review but I did have to take away a star for me having to call twice to find out what was going on.

Great service from Globe Home Protection and Bell Heating and Air. My heat went out and Globe sent a contractor right away. Everyone was professional and helpful and worked to get my heat back on as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the service received and its great waking up in a warm house.
