Poor customer service. A few minutes after making an appointment here, the accountant herself called me to chew me out for making an appointment at the end of tax season. She told me she was "tired" since it was the end of tax season. When I told her my husband and I could make an appointment with someone else, she said, "That's fine," and hung up on me. It seems tax season stresses her out. Be careful in selecting an accountant who may be too tired to do her job.
