Before the renovation all was not that great at Spring Lake. My mother had adequate care, but when my mother had issues the nursing staff brushed it off. My family kept insisting it was CHF and nursing said she was fine. When we insisted for a test it came back she was in CHF. What about the patients whom don't have a loved one watching out. Staff was friendly, but upper management could care less as long as the bed was full!
