Michael P. Mott a resident of Winter Haven and a graduate of Auburndale High School started his business right after high school in 1986. Today the company has a team of 25 full time employees along with office staff and onsite engineering personel. Michael, the sole owner of Pro Fab-Tech holds a general contractor licenses along with two other employees. Pro Fab-Tech began as a welding and metal fabrication company in Winter Haven. We are noted and respected as a service corporation that is solicited by many of Florida 's top General Contracting Companies.
