If I could put a -0 I would. Rude staff, the PA got my husband and I mixed up in our records, very NON-HIPPA, told us to be there 15 minuets early and they were still closed for lunch. Renewed our Rx's and got the COMPLETELY WRONG. This place is like a 3rd world medical office. I wouldn't take my dog there.

Office staff is incredibly rude and not knowledgeable in their job. Staff is too busy having personal conversations then answering phone calls. They don't answer forcing you to leave a message but never received any call back. Referral employee is never actually at work. The office manager is clueless. Prescriptions not called in in a timely manner. Nurses are inappropriate and do not have a well rounded medical education.

I've only had one appointment they are slow and the nurse said she would send out my referral but she didn't do it.
