I have been to Owl Now urgent care in Winter Haven several times with family members and now myself. I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and I can tell you they are the most professional, kind and compassionate people I have ever dealt with. Dora and Kay at the front desk are amazing when handling difficult situations and are so compassionate with everyone, even those who are not kind back. The Doctors and nurses and medical staff in the back are outstanding. The place is spotless. My hat is off to them! Thank you for doing such a great job!...Hope I don't have to come back but it's all good if I do.. Tammy Kirk

There are many reasons why I would rather not take my kids to owl now urgent care. First being that I will not let Dr. Wilson see my kids. She is rude and does not take the time of day to talk to you and explain things. If I absolutely have to bring my kids I will ONLY let LIZ see them. Liz is an amazing Dr. She is very helpful and answers any questions that I may have.
