We are a full service, Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law and Adoption law office. Our goal is to provide fast, accurate and competent service to our clients in dealing with aging issues, such as Wills and Estate Planning, Medicaid Qualification, Guardianships and alternatives to Guardianship, such as Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, etc. We also work to accomplish probating of estates in a speedy manner, so that the probate is properly managed and the assets turned over to the beneficiaries as quickly as possible. We also provide experienced, confidential adoption services both for the biological mother and the adopting family.
