Jewett School of the Arts provides educational services to more than 700 students in kindergarten through grade eight. The school has a staff of over 80 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that provides classes in art, dance, drama and music. The music department offers a range of classes that include general music, band, chorus, orchestra, piano and show choir. In addition, it conducts classes in special, physical, and gifted and talented education. The school has a library media center that provides curriculum-related materials and a variety of free reading options for its students. It also provides meal and transportation services to the students. Jewett School of the Arts is administered by Polk County Public Schools and is located in Winter Haven, Fla.
