- Commercial Pest Control
- TermitesMy realtor recommended Rhino Pest Control when I bought my house 13 years ago. He said Rhino had done a good job of termite control for the previous owner and that using their services was a good investment in the value of my home. Since then, I have expanded their services to include general pest control. The owner, Wayne, and his ace representative, Mike, have gone well beyond the call of duty to investigate and provide solutions for any problems that have arisen. If the problem went beyond their scope, such as plumbing or large pest control, they explained the necessary steps and even recommended dependable providers. On occasion, they have given a helping hand without charging a penny. It has been a great pleasure to have such an affable rapport with a small, local firm that is so knowledgeable and dedicated to exemplary customer service.
- CockroachesRhino Pest Control is amazing! We had a minor German roach problem and when I initially called Wayne was great. He was knowledgeable and returned all of my phone calls promptly. He wasn't pushy like other exterminators that I had called.
- Palmetto Bugs“Nightmare with last company. I was experiencing 30- 40 palmetto bugs (yuck) a night, some dead, most alive. Last company was treating every week still no reduction. Called, Wayne answered, after listening to my story he explained I must have a plumbing breach providing food and moisture to a large colony of roaches. He suggested my last company should look for such conditions in order to fix the roach problem. I contacted them and they promptly explained they were not plumbers (now fired). Wayne came out and went under my home and found the garbage disposal plumbing line broken and pouring all the food under my house. My plumber fixed it and Wayne treated, and within 2 days my nightmare was over.”
