Well,I consider myself a regular customer of this store until now. The interface of the car wash does not allow to cancel, so if you put money in... then that money is going to be for the next one in the line. I had not enough money, but already put some in. The person who identified himself as the owner later, said in a very rude way by the speaker he would give me change (but never said about replacing the money I already put in). Then, inside the store, after confronting him in a polite way, he would not accept his lack of service, rudeness and asked me to leave the store or he would call the police.You know, when you go to a store, you expect to receive the service you are paying for, after all this is not a favor. But even though I was there with my kid and wife I just got sarcasm, rudeness and the threat of calling the cops. I just said things a honorable and fare person would do. BTW I never got my money back
