Alyssa Hernandez Peña is a certified Physician Assistant accredited by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine who joined the Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2021. She has clinical training in a wide variety of disciplines and focuses her practice on adult otolaryngology and skin cancers of the head and neck. She is a Florida native, born and raised in Sarasota, FL, with an extensive background in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Her primary roles within the practice include direct patient care, assisting our physicians in surgical procedures and providing inpatient ENT care at Advent Health Hospitals. In addition, she has been awarded the Be The Change Grant through the nccPA Health Foundation and the HEAL Scholarship through ACLM for her dedication to incorporating lifestyle factors, nutrition and exercise into her medical practice. She is also an active member of the Orlando Runners Club, Make a Wish Foundation and Take Stock In Children.
