This law firm actually went online and attacked my husband who is a reputable plastic surgeon in Miami, Florida. This law firm accused him publicly of “hiding“ in Florida from North Carolina lawsuits. My husband has never operated in North Carolina nor has he ever held a medical license there. They even said that he changed his name in order to do so. I suppose it never occurred to this law firm that perhaps my husband has the same name as his father, who was also a plastic surgeon. My father-in-law passed away in 2012, almost a decade ago. In my opinion, it is so shameful and Disgusting that this law firm is stooping to posting online falsehoods to attract potential clients. My husband posted on the libelous and defaming post, advising them that it wasn’t true and to this day it is still posted. I think it’s shameful and unethical behavior by this law firm at the very least!
