Even though I go once a year for my diabetes exam the staff is always courteous
Dr. Biggs is humorous
Everyone were very, very nice. I felt safe and the facility was very clean and the staff wipes down EVERYTHING. There wasn't a long wait between what needed to be done. Thank you Summit Eye Care, you guy's Rock 🤣
As a retired nurse with over 35 years of experience, I have been in and around medical colleges in various areas. The professionalism and knowledge of the staff is to be highly commended. You are treated with the utmost respect with a personal touch. Dr Khemsara and Dr Biggs are highly skilled and professional. They collaborate together as needed to make your care their highest priority. Both treat you with the respect and dignity everyone deserves in healthcare. Your care and needs are their number one priority. After have several procedures here, I cannot explain how much being able to see clearly again feels. I would highly recommend this practice to you. And, to all the staff that I met, Dr Khemsara, and Dr Biggs, thank you so very much for all that you did. You are all heroes to me especially now with all the issues our healthcare system is faced with.
I am very glad I selected Summit for my eye care needs. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I was recommended to Summit Eye by my Vision Specialist for Cataract Surgery. Summit Eye Dr. Khensara and Staff were very professional. I had Cataracts removed on both eyes at different scheduled days. I am very happy to say that my vision is great, everything is so much clearer and vibrant.

I came in @8:30AM for a 8:45 AM appt. I was told I had a 9:45 AM appt. and would be taken as soon as possible. Wrong start. My appointment was definitely 8:45 AM! I guess you fixed me. I did not get out until 11:00 AM.
We regret any frustration or inconvenience patients may have experienced with wait times or scheduling confusion. However, we do call the patients 3 weeks prior to their appointment to confirm their appointment time and again 2 days prior to their appointment. Some patients are contacted by text, but most are by phone calls. We regularly test this system to ensure effective communication with our patients. If a patient arrives significantly early, we typically let them know when their appointment time is and that we’ll try to see them as soon as possible. This can sometimes be difficult, as appointments can last from one to two hours depending on the reason for the visit. That said, we try to get patients in and out as quickly as we can. Everyone was extremely friendly. Teena was very thorough during my exam. I felt she took the time needed to insure my exam went well. Karena at the front desk was very friendly, helpful. Dr. Biggs was also wonderful. He listens and does everything in his power to make sure the patient is happy.
The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Kemsera answered all my questions and was genuinely concerned about my problem. He diagnosed and recommended what was needed while saying to call if there were any further changes. Top notch medical personnel.
Dr.K and Dr.B are great at what professionals should be. I look forward to summit eye being my eye care in the future.
