It is not possible for everything to go right 100% of the time we are all only human and mistakes happen. The difference between a good place to bring your car and one that is not good is do they own up to their mistakes and do the right thing. Mock tire South Park is not one of those good places. as long as everything goes good you will be fine their, but if something happens they will find a reason not to own up to there mistake and you will be looking for somewhere else to bring your car. I will not get into all the details of what my bad experience was with new tires and a bad front end alignment that caused my tires to ware on the inside edge so bad that by the time I saw it they were ready to shred apart. This is my wifes car. i only thank God i saw it when i did.i was willing to take half of the responsibility for not having my tires rotated on time they would have seen the problem sooner, but that does not mean that there was not a problem. So I left and found someplace else to have this problem fixed. The new place told me maybe you hit something and knocked the alignment out, but we will be able to tell if that was the case or if the job was done wrong the first time. Turns out the alignment was done wrong the first time. All I wanted was them to own up to a mistake and they would have had a customer for life, but that was not going to happen.The other thing is they are very impersonal you can go in their 100 times and they still dont know youMy advice is take the time to find a shop that is not part of a big organization and will care about your business a little more. And if a mistake happens realize that they are only human, but see how they address the problem. Hope this will be of some help to someone mmended because
