What a terrible way to run a clinic. There is no indication of what the clinic actually does or does not deal with. There is no one to let you know if your particular problem is within their scope. You sit for however long it takes, in my case one and a half hours to be told " sorry we cannot help you." There is a pharmacy in the same shop, surely it is not beyond the managements capabilities to have one of the staff ask what you need to see the practitioner for and let you know whether it is worth waiting or not. Apparently, they deal with cold and flu symtoms and little else. A complete and utter waste of time.
