I had my 50 inch Samsung flat panel television wall mounted in the master bedroom. I found Merge Tech online and gave them a call. The appointment was very easy to set up, and Ron, the owner, called about a week prior to discuss the installation. The technician was on time for the appointment and did a very thorough, professional job. He obviously knew what he was doing and very patiently helped me find the perfect placement. Everything went smoothly and I am extremely pleased with the result. I will be calling Ron at Merge Tech for my future electronic needs.

My wife insisted on having our home theater (65" plasma, surround sound, remote) set up professionally. I hesitated at first, but now that it's done, I thankful she had me call Merge Tech, instead of attempting to install everything on my own. It took us forever to figure out the height of the TV on the wall, and they never lost patience. As well, they needed to come back again because we had changed our mind about the wall mount and wanted a different one. My husband had a few phone conversations with Ron prior to install to discuss what we needed and Ron explained all of our options in detail! Once we picked out what we wanted (based on Rons suggestions and advice) we scheduled our setup for about 2 weeks later! Ron along with 2 other helpers came over. They were on time, clean, fast and friendly! They did an awesome job and were done within 3 hours. They included all the wires in our quote so we didn't have to worry about providing anything! I had randomly asked if the receiver had an internet connection available in the back and they offered to find the wiring in our house/attic to make that happen!
