My family and I did a take out order for this restaurant. The steak was very tough (couldn't chew!) and we did not get our salads. Also the other food was very small in size. I talked with the owner-manager and he told me that the steaks come to him pre-cut and he can't help they are tough. He then looked at our ticket and it was entered we paid with a gift card and and a discount coupon. We PAID CASH!. He made me feel like I got my food free and was looking for more free food. I know now not to go back. We eat there often and I am done! Now we are back at Out Back. I am appalled at the way our complaint was treated and I was made to feel. Stay away someone is putting cash in their pockets and if you get a lousy meal they will be-little you when you say something!
