Me and my 4 children have been going here since it opened and I saw Dr.Morgan at Arcadia Family Practice before that. I usually see Sue Singh,P.A., (she's my all time favorite!!!!), but have no problem seeing the others on the staff if she is booked. I love, love, love this place and will NEVER go anywhere else!

The Friedberg Family Medicine Staff is rude and condescending and especially so, if you question their information. Physician will not afford even a long standing patient, the courtesy of a return a phone call. In spite of their superficial rhetoric, it seems apparent that only revenue generation is the motivation behind this practice. If you are seeking a physician who truly takes a sincere interest in your personal well being and a staff who is responsive to your situation, you may wish to look elsewhere. If this review saves one person from the same experience, it is worth the time to write it. I would rate this with zero stars if I could.

I've tried on two separate occasions to make appointments and have hung up the phone both times with the feeling that I've really interrupted the secretary and they don't want/need my business. The first time I called in Aug. 2010 after I'd moved across town. They are part of a large Forsyth Medical Center practices and I'd been going to the one in Clemmons (love them) for years. I didn't think I needed to drive 20 miles one way when Friedberg was 2 miles from my house. I was told if I was a current patient that could see me in an hour but if I was new (and it didn't count I was already in the FMC system) it would be about a week. Well, when you think your ankle is sprained, a week isn't going to cut it. Especially when you reconfirm that they do have openings for the same day but don't want to do new patients that day. So I went to my old place in Clemmons. I now have a new reason and thought I'd try them again. Yesterday at 4.55pm but it was already on VM that they were closed. Today at 4:30, I was told I needed to call my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC a fairly large and accepted in most places company) to make sure they'd take them. In my experience, most places know who they're with and who they're not with and even if they don't, they'll at least take your name and make an appointment and some will call for you. Not these people. They didn't even want to talk to me until I'd called BCBS and then called them back. Not ever going to try them again. Good luck getting in if you do.
