The biggest part of the job was replacing around 60 failed Abitibi boards with Hardi. Repaired some supplemental damage to fascia, brick molding, soffit caps, trim boards, etc. Aluminum drip edge installed under the overhanging edges of all shingles to help prevent future damage. Repaired/replaced some damaged wood around some window sills. Replaced a 4" plumbing boot around one of the roof PVC vents. This is the first I've had any work requiring a contractor done since being a home owner and it was a great experience from start to finish. Lee Smoak was very easy to work with in getting the initial estimate in which he did a great job in calculating for us. He also assisted with some of the repairs. Alex French performed the bulk of the work. He was very particular in all of the repairs that he took care of. The siding that he replaced was cut much better then the original.
