Really great location, I can walk to school. Pretty quiet in the evenings, able to sit on my balcony and not be disturbed. Plenty of parking. No bug problems. Has a big pool that isn't crowded.

I have been living here at Colonial for about 2 years and it has gone from bad to worse. The management didn't do anything and seemed to have it's favorites. Now on Dec 1, 2008 they went under new management. thank god for that move. I was ready to break my lease when i received a letter from the new manager. His letter was firm and to the point. So far he has kept his word. I am looking forward to some of the changes he say's he has coming. I have seen him in the short time he has been here show that he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Just like Barrack A change has come. hip hip hooray.
