I had a problem with my insurance and found Tonya to be very rude to me over the phone...I went in and Lori was able to smooth it over for me...She was very helpful to me...Were it not for Lori, I would not even recommend doing business with this company.It is close and convenient, but just make sure you deal with Lori.

I went to AllCare Insurance agency on Jan 21st 2015. there were two agents there, the one, I didn't catch her name, did not greet me, or even look up from her computer to acknowledge me entering their place of business . I thought about leaving, but then another young lady did acknowledge me in the most friendly way. her name is Lori and she is now my agent, she is very warm and friendly, and knows her stuff on insurance. So I am giving this young lady a great review.she helped me save money. so if you are looking for a cheaper insurance, go see her!!!! a very happy customer,
