I am very satisfied with customer service at O'Haco Tire in Winslow Arizona. I didn't have a spare tire. O'Haco Tire lend me one of their tire with no charge. I will continue to buy my tires from O'haco Tire of Winslow Arizona!

Very poor excuse for mechanics, they have no idea what they are doing, will replace parts that do not require replacement, and will install them incorrectly while they are it. They talk a good game and brag about their training, when in fact they have not got a clue what your car does or does not need. They can't even do an alignment or an oil change, I wouldn't trust them to even change a tire. Very poor customer service.
I lost a wheel bearing near Winslow on May 4, 2012. I was helped at a I-40 rest area by Nate, an employee of O'Haco Tire and Auto. I limped back to Winslow and arrived at O'Haco at about 2:00 PM Friday afternoon. The cashier was sympathetic, as was the lead technician, Todd Lewis. They got my car into the shop and called me at 4:50 with the bad news that the hub and bearing both needed to be replaced, but they didn't have the hub. A few minutes later, Todd called and said he located the hub nearby; I told him to go ahead with the repairs. At 5:47 he told me the car was ready. The price was fair and honest, and I was on the road again in record time.
