Dominiques does a terrible job as a florist and they don't care. The bouquets are expensive but scanty and dead. They accept orders from across the country for flowers to be delivered in Winslow, knowing that the person paying for the flowers will never see them, and knowing that the recipient will not want to seem ungrateful, then they deliver a few dead flowers. I had to go to the grocery store to get flowers to add to the bouquet before I could take a photo of it to send to my daughter with my thank you. I called the florist and told them next time they receive an order for me they should tell people they won't deliver to me. I don't want them taking money from my loved ones for these scanty dead bouquets. They did not try to make it right.

I'm sure they are great with tourists... I spend generally around 500$ a year here And sadly will not be back in! Lack of customer service, not friendly. More than one occasion, so it's not like it was just today. It was just the last straw as 4 employees looked at me like I was interrupting their conversation to let them know I was ready to pick flowers!

I don't live in Winslow but if I did I'm sure they would have my business my family and I were doing a small road trip doing the route 66 gig. We stopped in and bought a few gifts to remember our visit.We since talk about our trip and my son lost his route 66 poker chip and got very upset so I called Dominique and explained the situation he said, no problem I'll send you a couple of replacements,Now call me old fashion but for him to offer to send me the chips at no charge, and to take the time to do so, Now that is customer service.So if you ever go to stand on the corner in Winslow Arizona go across the street and say hello to the great people at Dominiques. And tell them Alex send you.

I've been shopping at Dominique's for graduation, homecoming, and prom, since i was in 8th grade. They do such an awesome job on their corsages, i wouldn't dare go anywhere else! My sophomore year of high school i went in to look at corsages and buttoners w/ my mom. i found the one that i just had to have because it matched my dress PERFECTLY! So i ordered the matching buttoner, and had the ladies point out the corsage that i wanted to my date when he came in to order it, how awesome is that? The ladies there are great at matching flowers, and ribbon colors to dresses. I have depended on Dominiques of Winslow for more than 5 years now, and when i get married there's no doubt about who will be doing my floral arrangements! They also have a great selection of greeting cards from funny to sincere, they really do have something for everyone!
