I have been going to this place for several years. The first few reviews below are probably about the first owners. I think there have been 3 now. I can give you info on them but doesn't really matter because that is not who you would be dealing with. First let me say, I have worked for a company whose priority and job completely revolves on customer service. Ryan is an "easy on the eyes" young man, who is very knowledgeable about his business. He asks you a few questions to get you the best shipping options. I recommend him to my friends and they are "sold" on him after just one visit. I sent a package from here that was prepaid, so I didn't actually have a transaction but the nice young owner was great! He was very friendly and kind! and had no problem taking my package while not receiving any income! He has my future business!and while I was there he was packaging another customers freight and helping them fund the most economical way to send it! These are the people we should all support!

This shop is super convenient for my Bed and Breakfast. Ryan, the owner, could not be more helpful. All shipments arrive on time and customer service is great.

They are now under new ownership and have moved to 810 E King St. Winona MN 55987. I'm a local business in town that does most of my selling online and I use their services to ship all of my packages. They have friendly service and they are reliable. I also have a mailbox with them. It's great because I can rely on my packages always being received by all carriers and they have store hours to 5:30pm during the week which is great. I highly recommend them.

I have sent several packages at this location, each time it has gotten where it needed to go with no problems. They seem a little short sometimes, but you can't strike up a conversation or be super friendly with everyone you help in a day. As long as my packages keep getting where the need to go i will continue to go there.

I visited his store yesterday, it wasn't very busy so I had time to chat with John. He was a wealth of information to me on several shipping issues I had. I think sometimes customers are in such a hurry they forget how much a small business person has to do on a daily basis, especially when one is dealing with time sensitive shipments. It's a great location but I have to agree the owner has always been rude to me when I have been in there too. I think if he was a little more welcoming and nice he would for sure have more business. My packages have always gotten where there need to go and safely but he has always been very rude.

The owner is truly one of the RUDEST people I have ever encountered. Been there a half dozen times, every time he is rude. I will now go out of my way NOT to go there.
