Horrible place to live. Management does not respond to any messages (phone, email, or in person). No notice is given when they need to shut off the water (occurs about once a month). Unreasonable snow removal policy for the paring lot. Expensive given location, amenities, and management.

The cost of living at this complex is pretty good, considering the apartments are in somewhat decent shape and you get to use the pool. My maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. There were a few things I didn't like about living at Fairway Woods. The first was the snow removal policy. Cars are towed at the owner's expense if they are not moved by 8:15am or thereabouts. This isn't a problem during the week, but what if you and your roommate/spouse/whatever have two cars and you take one out of town for the weekend? I was fortunately never towed, but the policy of towing your residents is ridiculous. My biggest complaint with living at Fairway Woods is with the charges that were assessed at the time of move out. My wife and I left the apartment in good condition. The floors were thoroughly vacuumed, cupboards cleaned, and no personal property left inside or out. We did most of what they asked for and were charged $110, because it apparently took 5.5 hours to clean.
