They are the best! My husband has been hunting deer for over 20 years, so over the years, we have used many different processing companies. I never really liked the deer products (sausage, ground deer, steaks) UNTIL i tried Harrington's. I don't know what they do differently, but the sausage is really good, and the ground deer is good even without seasoning. Everything is vacuum packed so that it doesn't get freezer burnt. Additionally, they are very nice and friendly. The only "negative" for me is that I have to drive 45 minutes, but it is definitely worth the drive!
