Established in 1985, Community Connections Inc. offers services and opportunities for people with disabilities through the southeastern Massachusetts. The agency provides personalized case management and customized programs that facilitates in skills assessment and job placement services and offers community involvement activities. It addresses developmental disabilities, such as mental retardation, visual impairment, physical impairments, orthopedic impairments, cerebral palsy, diabetes and autistic spectrum disorders, among others. Community Connections Inc. offers extensive therapies including speech, physical and occupational, nutritional planning and medication management. It is a Commission on Accreditation and Rehabilitiaiton Facilities (CARF) accredited company.
