This hotel is definitely a home away from home. From the warm welcome you receive when you walk in, to the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable feeling that you get from the whole layout. The "free" breakfast buffet is awesome. In most places you're lucky if you get a muffin and a coffee. They give you the full "Monte" here. I really enjoyed my stay. My brother was in critical condition at the Valley Medical Center and I have never been to Seattle before, so I was not expecting the empathy that the staff showed me. It was truly heartfelt and sincere. Hopefully my next visit will be under better circumstances and I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. They treated me like family. Sharon R. Grady
