AWC maintains a rating of Awith the Better Business Bureau of Iowa and is a member of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce. Our Flow International A series dual head machine is capable of cutting material that is 6 foot by 12 foot and up to 10 inches thick. This model is known to be among the most accurate and durable of waterjet machines available. Tolerances are within.005 inch, and repeatability is within.001 inch. Our Business AWC offers precision cutting services, computer drawings of your product, material, direct shipments, and some secondary services, such as drilling, tapping, and counter sinking. AWC can cut most types of material up to 10 inches thick. Material may be provided or ordered through us. He started out as a machine operator and quickly learned how to maintain the machines, rebuild them, and program them to cut the material. After leaving the industry for a few years Galen finally started his own waterjet job shop, American Waterjet Cutting in 2004. It has been an exciting experience operating a business and he has maintained his passion for the industry and the business.
