Provided by YP.comhave been living here for the past two years I live on the main floor and the noise from the people above me is ridiculous!! The recent towing enforcement and parking is horrible!!!!! I never have a parking spot at my building and I actually got towed for expired tags and my TAGS WERE NOT EXPIRED!!!! When I called up to the office the lady at the desk at the off hung up the phone on me!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!

Provided by DexKnowsThe community was overall pretty pleasant to live in, it just wasn't worth the money spent to live there. There should be an even exchange of quality of life for the money given to provide it. And in the case of The Reserve at Stonegate there was not a fair exchange. The maintenance staff was piss poor, my roommate and I had to put up with a sink that consistently backed up into the cabinetry beneath it, cheap lighting fixtures, and poor quality appliances. The most disheartening element of the community is their staff. The revolving door of ill-trained, unsupervised, less than average leasing agents, speaks to the credibility of whoever highered them, and their inability to be a quality judge of character. They are rude and nasty, they have sarcastic attitudes (especially the new girl in the office Lauren, she's been there all of. 6 months maybe and she needs an attitude adjustment badly). What I detest most of all is a liar and I feel like there were a number of dishonest, crude, shameful individuals who worked in that community and I pity them all. The Reserve at Stonegate community is not worth the headache nor the expense and they ought to work more on building the integrity of their business, rather than lining their pockets with quality tenants hard earned dollars.

Provided by YP.comThe staff and maintenance change often (every few months). Unprofessional, never opened for business. Constantly changing business hours. Make up rules as they feel fit never mind the contract. Maintenance crew is horrible. They can't fix anything and they are sloppy with their work. I also believe they are now allowing Section 8 folks in and you can definitely tale. The property has really gone down. Litter all in the hallways and outside in the parking area. Popeye's and McDonald's trash thrown outside. Drugs, loud boom box in cars playing, etc.
I wouldn't want my enemy living here. I've never seen a place run so poorly in my life. Also, there is an extremely high turnover of residents leaving and a lot of them are leaving because they are fed up living here.
Recently saw fire trucks the last couple of months. I guess residents are lighting fires in there apartments now.
