General Info
The Roncari family founded Roncari Express Valet Parking in 1995 on 20 acres across the street from Connecticut s Bradley International Airport. Originally configured for 1100 cars, the facility covers 50 acres with an airport valet parking lot for 3600 cars and a separate, self-parking lot, called Galaxy Self Park, which serves approximately 900 additional vehicles. Roncari Express Valet Parking s staff will assist customers in every possible way to make the parking experience less stressful and time-consuming. Luggage assistance begins from the moment the customer steps out of their vehicle, and ends when thay are safely on your way home. The company ensures that the customer s car will be running and cooled or heated when the customer returns to their car. The company is headquartered in Windsor Locks, Conn.

Dear Customers/Consumers; Roncari is Terrible!! I left my car with Roncari. I was trading with them for 10 years, and my 20th time parking there. As I came back from a trip, I noticed my Gas Tank was a 16th Short. I confronted them about it and the hospitality was not good. The lady at the desk said that's not true and we have cameras to prove it. I told her "I knew how full my tank was and that I also remembered when they drove me off to the airport, my car was still waiting to be parked. ( My car was running cause when I got out of my car to go in line, a parking attendant told me go ahead we will be parking it now, therefor; I left the car running). Going in line, checking in, then going to the bus,and then the bus taking me to the airport was a total of 12 minutes. As I was driving away to airport, I saw my car still there and was the only car there-both times-before I went in line and then when I was being transported to the airport. A worker started to take my complaint. But the lady called the security guard. He told the worker not to take my complaint and me to leave. The worker ended up taking my complaint. I asked how I'd be compensated. He said It's up to management. I then called a few days later cause I got no call from them. I talked to the manager who said,in his own words to me, 'I would of called the cops on you etc...." I told him "I have a way of telling how long my car was parked with the motor running (And I did) if you tell me what time your camera showed it was parked". ( I was accusing them of letting my car run and not parking it for a half hour). He said "No way; the cars are no longer there for 10 minutes and 10 minutes tops and we don't show the camera to customers" I told him -on the phone- to tell me not show me the camera time it showed my car being parked. He still wouldn't tell me. I told him " not only; that I'v been trading with you people for 10 years , but also; It's my 1st time complaining and the hospitality wasn't / isn't good". He/They didn't care. A 16th of a tank back then was over 4 dollars. It's not worth taking them to court for that but when they do something small,not too costly,yet is a concern to you and/or the Customer, Don't expect from them good hospitality, Them taking responsibility, or your problem being solved. Also; there are a few other shuttle services in the immediate area to serve you but Galaxy and Roncari are the same company
