The bottom line is the manager is a fraud. He'll tell you what ever he wants to persuade you to make a purchase. He's a flat out liar and can't be trusted. I regret ever stepping into that store. We (the wife and I) went there looking for a flip mattress. The manager, Paul, told us they were no longer made unless we custom ordered it possibly from a place in Biddeford and it would be very pricey. Before going there, I had searched some online for them, came up with nothing, and decided it was time to ask an expert (someone in the business). This expert repeatedly lied to us to win our sale. One big lie was his statement on the return policy. He told us if we didn't like the mattress we could return it until we found one that worked. When I went back looking for a replacement he changed his story saying we had one chance to exchange then we were out of luck. Before returning I also saw a TV advertisement from the manufacturer in Biddeford that makes all sorts of flip mattresses. They are Maine made and standard (not custom) product. The manager told me these mattresses were inferior to the ones he carries because he made the comparison and the springs were lower quality. That led me to realize that he once again lied about flip mattress availability as he said he knew all about their mattresses.

i purchased a floor model of plush serta mattress. a mattress that was an entire year older was delivered and it was a firm. disappointed and still not sure I have the right mattress I purchased. present mattress delivered is 10 inch thick, I believe it should be 12 1/2. I will continue to ? if I have what I bought????

Only customer in store, with 2 people working--and was not greeted for over 5 minutes. Ordered two headboards, was told they'd be in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called to inquire on status or order and was told the units were backordered for another 5 weeks. I've already paid for these items--not having them in hand for 2 months is ridiculous. Nevermind the lack of phone call, apology or offer to compensate with discount, etc. Will not be shopping here ever again.
