We are a larger property management and general contractor company that operates on a regional level. We were very impressed with the companies website - very user friendly - quite frankly one of the best websites our onboard team for vendors has seen. Our group contacted the company by calling their number on the website. The phone was answered on the second ring. The man answered excitedly, "Thank you for calling D&C - My name is Matt - How can I assist you". Matt was not aware that he there was 3 of us listening while he confidently answered our questions, and went further into the questions we asked. As a group we collaboratively agreed that we had to get this company on our projects! They've done several projects with zero issues. Matt is always checking in on a weekly basis to make sure everything is good - Overall we just could NOT be happier - They go above and beyond to make sure their work doesn't impact our tenants. They gave us color maps that had cones, barricades, dates, before and after photos, and more. You know when you find someone who truly enjoys their profession. This is how small business does business with massive corporations - entities like Disney, Orlando Airport, Publix, Home Depot, and the list goes on according to their portfolio which is impressive.
