I called to order some flowers. I spoke to who I guess was the owner and told her that I wanted to spend "no more than $50.00 when all was said and done." so like a dummy I trusted that she would do what she said and I looked at my account and found $65.00 charged!!!! so I did what anyone would do, I called to ask what the heck happened. I really dont think I was upset while I was speaking to her but she became rude and nasty and SAID that she was going to refund the monies and not to ever call again. WOW! I didnt expect that. I just asked what happeend. There are so many nice a good people trying to make a living that there is no need to deal with rude people. SO, no worries I wont be back and I will tell everyone that will listen that not to patronize your rude shop either. Flor d' Crude your loss.
