BCL Manufacturing, located in Windber, Pa., is a specialized precision metal manufacturer dealing with close tolerance, sheet metal, welding and fabricating work. The company has more than 50 years experience in the precision metal industry and produces a variety of products from light gauge precision components for the electronic industry, to specialized products for the defense industry and various metal products for high-tech industries apart from working with steel, aluminum and stainless steel alloys. BCL has a 20-ton punching capacity for sheet metal fabrication. For laser cutting it employs TRUMATIC L3050 laser machine. Its welding services include AWS D 1.1 and AWS D 1 .2. All processes and products that BCL manufactures are in compliance with MIL-l-45208A.
