service is slow..slow...SLOW!!!!! everytime i come to wendy's (which is rare)...i can be standing in line (with only about 3 people in front of me) for well over 20 to 25 minutes. by the time i get my order in and they are placing it in the bag...i would have to double check the bag to make sure that everything is there.....and 99% of the time, it's not. i only go to wendy's cause my son loves the cheese fries. so....to let you know my opinion of this burger joint is that the service is lousy and the food is edible. i would most likely drive the extra few blocks to mcdonald's than to go to this wendy's. now... i know that most wendy's are not like this but the one that i am preferring to is at 1100 berryville ave. winchester, va is by far....the WORST! i only gave it one star because i could not do a half of a star.
