my wife and i needed to have paperwork notarized, faxed and copies shipper overnight. the woman was extremely helpful, patient and kind. it was a real pleasure dealing with her in a rather stressful time. highly recommend this ups store

I have been a customer for many years and always find the staff very friendly and helpful!!! They go above and beyond great service and have done extra things for me many time! They are just great!!
Usually long lines; I called to ask a favor: my printer had run out of ink and I needed to print a UPS return label to send a package back to the supplier. I asked if I could sent them the label and they could print it for me. I know they do copies and stuff, so I was willing to pay a small fee if necessary. I was told "we usually don't do that. I'm sorry." To me, that means they do it once in a while, but for me, NO. Now don't I feel like a very valuable customer? I *usually* don't write negative reviews, *I'm sorry*. !!
