CALLE D NEEDED A DUMPSTER IN A FAST KIND A WAY THEY SENT ONE IN A HOUR .THE THING IS WE FILLED IT UP IN FOUR HOURS IT WAS ALREADY 6 PM AND I CALLED AND THEY HAD ANOTHER DUMPSTER OUT THERE BY 8 PM WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY HAD DONE WE WHERE FLOODED IN OUR HOME AND HAD TO THROW EVERTHING AWAY I GIVE THEM MY FULL RESPECT AND THE OWNER WAS THE DRIVER WAY TO GO EVERGREEN

This outfit is a small trash service provider. That means you can talk to management if you need to, but service is smooth and there really is no reason to. Evergreen provides a 96 gal toter and a recycle bin too. Our service is every Wednesday unless there is a holiday and that can bump the service by a day. Trash pick up is clean and neat. They always put the trash can back at the curb. They allow an additional 3 bags of trash if you need to go past your 96 gal toter. Good outfit and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had their service for 5 years. They charge $1.50 per bag for yard waste so I changed to another company for waste disposal that does not charge extra for yard waste removal. I canceled service with Evergreen with 2 months remaining on my current paid service. I called twice inquiring on my refund and it was not until I followed up in writing that I got my refund, a full two months after I canceled service. Evergreen even withheld $5.00 for mailing fee. I am appalled with this type of customer service. I am sure I would have been charged a late fee if I paid my bill a full two months late.
