What do you say about family, they are the best. I've been a customer of coopers since 1982. Mark Cooper is the most professional and carrying person, and the same for all his staff. Love you all Marc and John

My husband and I are new to the area, we were surprised to find a nice family owned jewelry store like our home in Jersey. They have an unbelievable selection of used jewelry, stuff they've bought.. jewelry repairs stay in house...Will let you know how that goes. The owner is a gentleman.

I had a very disappointing experience. I had a beautiful ring sized and they popped out one of the diamond chips and bent a prong. I didn't notice it at first as I was excited to get the ring back. Once I got outside I noticed it but I had an appointment I had to get to. I called the store en route to my appointment and was basically told 'too bad.' I was told that I could bring it in for an estimate of repair. I was dumbfounded. Why should I have to pay for them to repair what they broke?! The girl said it might have been damaged once I left the store and that's why they tell customers that repairs are at the owners' risk. They also had said the work would not be done if there was a risk. So why did they do it if there was a risk and why didn't they tell me about it when I picked it up and why do they get to keep the diamond? They are crooked and unprofessional in my opinion and I've told all my friends and coworkers to go to Richard's on the mall and not go there again.
