Individual, couple, family and group counseling services are offered in addition to seminars; educational, enrichment and consciousness raising groups including relationships, men's issues and Mind/Body/Spirit Integrative Health Education for prevention and high level wellness. Our approach to mental health counseling and education emphasizes prevention, wellness, and positive mental health for individuals and couples. We bring over 30 years of experience with a unique orientation that blends traditional counseling and psychotherapy with Jungian Psychology, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Body/Mind techniques. Cost effective? If you can't afford prevention how can you afford illness? A year of counseling is less expensive than one hospitalization.
