It's a great way to get in shape I went there and loved it the instructors are nice and really encourageing. You do get belts but I was a green belt and held my own against two black belts this means ether I'm just superior or the black belts are on the same level as the green belts. It's done on how much time your there and not skill. There is to much tecnice used yeah you need to know basic stuff but if your in a fight your not thinking about it.the one other down fall is its expensive and if you don't pay you get kicked out or sent to court. However the instructors are extremely good with kids and adults. It has changed me profoundly I used to be shy and would even smile because I was scard of everything at the end I looked the instructor I was most tarified of in the eyes. It's a good place 3stars. :) - Hope
