Extremely disappointed. We first tried to book an appointment (for bridal) via email a week in advance, when they didn't get back to us for 3 days, we called and scheduled an appointment. When we arrived, we had to wait for over 10 minutes by the front desk for someone to acknowledge we had walked in. We were then told someone would be with us soon. About 10 minutes after that, an employee told us that we could look around and pick out dresses we liked. There was a fairly small selection, so that only took us about 15 minutes. We then had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come back over to us and take the dresses to a fitting room. We then had to wait for someone to help us try them on, and when that didn't happen we decided to do it ourselves. Over the course of trying 6 dresses we had 3 different people popping in to help, none of which really listened to us or even feigned interest. Overall we spent an hour waiting and 45 minutes trying on. Would definitely not recommend.

Lori, Danielle, Justine and Shane went beyond the call of duty to make my wedding day the best. The selection of gowns and personnel is the best in the valley!!! I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. They made me feel like family and treated me with respect and met every one of my needs. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
