I would have picked zero stars but this wasn't an option. I called to schedule an appointment-I explained the tub was very old and in very poor shape to which I was told it wouldn't be a problem. They came out to refinish the tub and were to return to replace the drain and we never saw them again. My tub looked terrible, it had rough areas of heaped up something on the bottom and began peeling in less than one month. I called multiple times with no answer. I left several messages, I even offered to pay more to get my tub fixed without any response. Don't be fooled by this company-save your money-buy a new tub.
