Provided by YP.comSo, I was not sure I was even going to call but, it did not seem right that my lovely bouquet looked so bad so soon. We live in Deerfield, I called person at your Boca store 954-429-9355 today who directed me to FTL location 954-566-7574 for filling my husband's order for my Wed. 4/29 birthday surprise flowers last week. Although simply beautiful at first, order # 596342 started wilting, some flowers unopened, in 3 days and Stock is dropping petals everywhere, even the lavender tips are dried/wilting too. This bouquet was also delivered a day late on 4/30. We were told there was an upgrade for the inconvenience which was fine, until it looked like we got old flowers.. or a bouquet arranged on Tuesday and spending a day out of the cooler in the truck? IDK.
SO, FTL representative (who answered the phone: "flower store") literally told me it was my fault because I did not cut all the stems and change the water when I received it and that although I received no instructions or floral packet with the bouquet, (I know, I looked) I "should have known that because it is common sense". The manager I spoke with told me basically the same thing. I did add about an inch of h20 on day two because I noticed that some of the stems were in the neck of the vase and too short to be in the water. Then when water was cloudy and smelly by just day 3, i changed it out. It seems that these flowers arrived on their way out. So, I told them that I was not happy and I would have to contact someone else about this.
I called back Boca person to see if they could tell me another manager or owner to call about this but they could not. I do not want to be taking the time to write this but I TRIED to get a resolution. I want someone to explain to me how I was supposed to recut all of these multiple length, angle-cut stems in a "professionally arranged" bouquet? I know to fresh cut the stems when I buy flowers from the grocery store and arrange them myself but not in an arrangement. That should have just been done the day prior. And, someone can apologize for the rude and condescending treatment too. You took a lot of $ and sent flowers that were not fresh. Period.
